The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) is to define the rights and obligations between DIRECT MECCA and its clients in the context of the provision of services related to the organization of Umrah (visa, accommodation, transfers, support, visits, etc.).

2. Services offered

DIRECT MECCA offers personalized services in Mecca and Madinah:

– Visa application assistance

– Accommodation booking

– Organization of private or group transfers

– Provision of spiritual guides

– Additional services (Umrah Badal, eSIM card, tours, etc.)

– Services are provided according to the client’s needs at the time of booking.

3. Booking

All reservations become effective upon written confirmation by DIRECT MECCA (via email, WhatsApp, or any other agreed-upon means of communication).

The client must provide all necessary information (passport, desired dates, etc.) for the proper execution of services.

4. Prices

Prices are quoted in Saudi riyals (SAR) or euros (€) depending on the payment method.
Rates may vary depending on the season, accommodation level, and services selected. Any changes or additional services may be subject to a price adjustment.

5. Payment

Payment can be made:

– By bank transfer

– By card (subject to availability)

– Or any other method agreed upon with DIRECT MECCA

No service will be confirmed without the required deposit.

6. Cancellation

In case of cancellation, please contact us to find out the applicable conditions.

7. Responsibilities

DIRECT MECCA acts as an intermediary between the client and service providers (hotels, transportation companies, etc.).

The company cannot be held liable for:

– Delays, cancellations, or changes beyond its control

– Lossed luggage or incidents attributable to transportation companies

– Any event of force majeure (weather conditions, government decisions, etc.)

8. Personal data

The information collected is used solely for processing requests and reservations.

No data is shared with third parties without the customer’s consent.
The customer may request the deletion or modification of their data at any time.
